Who is responsible

What we collect

• Your email address.
• Your profile: customer, restaurant or courier.
• If you provide them: your postcode and the name of your restaurant.

Nothing else. No advertising cookies, no audience measurement.

Why

Only to let you know when Toké. opens, to contact restaurants about a partnership, and to pass courier applications on to a partner courier cooperative. Your postcode helps us choose the first neighbourhoods. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

How long

Until you unsubscribe, and at the latest 12 months after the service opens in your neighbourhood.

Who has access

• The Toké. team.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores the list and sends our emails.
• For courier applications only, and if you agreed: the partner courier cooperative in your area, which hires its couriers.
• Vercel Inc. (United States), which hosts the website. Transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your information is never sold or rented.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time: every email has an unsubscribe link, or write to contact@tokechezvous.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
